To delete your account and your data, email support@spimov.com with the subject “Account deletion”. We complete requests within 30 days.
What is deleted: your account details, the videos you uploaded and their dubbed outputs, job history, and notification records.
What is kept: billing records are retained for 7 years to meet legal obligations, then deleted.
If you have an active subscription, you must also cancel it through Google Play or the App Store — deleting your account does not stop the subscription.
